No more free lunch. No more free coffee or sodas. None.

No more free lunch. No more free coffee or sodas. None. You either earn your supper or no supper for you. Marc Andreessen was right, software is eating the world. I mean, Moore’s law is now dead. Which means that pace of new innovative processes to replace the old will be coming at us at the speed of light. Here are some examples of the crazy changes happening around us. Self-driving cars are already making the news. Space travel is pretty much here. You don’t need to go to a bank to deposit checks. I really can’t tell you the last time I have been to a bank. It is pretty much an anachronistic task to go and get groceries from the store when you just order them via Peapod delivery or Amazon Fresh. I personally have not stepped in a grocery store in at least 8 months. Here is what all this means. Software, hardware, and processes are improving quicker than they did in the past. This means, some jobs and even industries for that matter, are becoming obsolete. Most people will have to find a new way to make a living in these days and times. I recently interviewed McKinley Hayes. Here are some quick facts about this guy. He is a Regional Vice President in a company called A.CN. He has what most people want. He has a career he loves, makes good money, and has the time to travel the world. He works hard and he is also a very nice guy. I asked him a series of question and did my very best to draw the most relevant information out of him. You will able to find valuable pieces of information that will move you one step closer to your goals, dreams, or life of your design. Grab a pen or your favorite electronic device and jot down some notes. Your Friend, Keril Sawyerr
